Technical Requirement:
· Corrosion Resistance - Capable of enduring the erosion of acids, alkalis, and salts
· Limiting Oxygen Index (LOI): 60;
· Wide operating temperature range with excellent high-temperature resistance - from -40°C to 95°C
· High heat deflection temperature - 105°C
· Strong flame retardancy - Self-extinguishing
· Low thermal conductivity index - 0.95 BTU
· High working pressure resistance for hot and cold water pipes (at 20°C) (MPa) - greater than 5.4 MPa
· Excellent antibacterial performance for hot and cold water pipes - No MIC microbial erosion, no scaling, and no corrosion at 30°C and 50°C
Application Scenario:
· CPVC pipe and fittings is primarily used in laboratory applications for transporting corrosive chemical reagents and experimental materials. Specific applications of CPVC pipe and fittings in laboratories include:
· Transporting acid and alkaline solutions - In chemical experiments, acid and alkaline solutions are frequently used to carry out various chemical reactions. CPVC pipe and fittings can withstand strong acids and bases, ensuring the accuracy and safety of experiments;
· Experiments in high-temperature environments - Certain experiments need to be conducted under high-temperature conditions. CPVC pipe and fittings can endure high-temperature environments, guaranteeing the smooth progress of experiments;
· Transporting organic solvents - In organic chemistry experiments, various organic solvents are often used. CPVC pipe and fittings does not react chemically with these solvents, ensuring the purity of experimental materials.
